We appreciate your trust and cooperation as together we weather the storm brought by COVID-19. To maintain the health and well-being of our members, employees and community, we had to change the way we work together – but service remains our top priority.

Our branches are currently open by appointment, and as we launch Phase 1 of our transition plan, we are expanding our schedule to accommodate more personal meetings until branch lobbies reopen. If you need assistance regarding your account, call your nearest branch location to reserve a date and time.

While the drive-thrus remain open, the demand has been great and the wait-times longer than anticipated. We are making adjustments to overcome those challenges and increase efficiency. You can continue conducting transactions online as well as at our ATMs/ITMs.

We are working toward Phase 2 of our plan – reopening our branch lobbies on Monday, June 15. Additional details will follow as we address the recommended guidelines for the safety and security of our members and employees.
