Settling into Hybrid
It’s been a little over a month since we moved to the hybrid work environment. And while you’ve probably adjusted to the new routine, you may have a few ideas about making hybrid better or what could be improved.

Being good in a hybrid setting is a skill that will serve you in your future career. Recent surveys by Mercer and McKinsey both point to employers planning on a higher rate of hybrid work in the future. An essential skill in the hybrid work environment is good communication. In the Making Hybrid Work supervisor training this summer, we talked about a concept called reboarding, where teams intentionally discuss how they want to work together in this new environment so that everyone is on the same page. In your team meetings, share your suggestions and ask for feedback to make the hybrid experience work for you and your team.

We have conversation guides and other tools, along with new information on how to connect through the Core Day.

In this month’s Developing A Successful You newsletter, we’re highlighting a few training resources to make hybrid work better for you and your team.
