Session Descriptions

Day 1 - Friday, October 30, 2026

9 AM - 3 PM

Overview: The first day is focused on creating a unified language around leadership and focusing on the skills necessary for all stakeholders to lead and focus on being strategic. Leaders will leave with tools that can immediately be employed from classrooms to conference rooms.

Day 2 - Thursday, December 10, 2026

9 AM - 3 PM

Overview: The second day is focused on the creating a unified language and set of behaviors around the skills needed for managing change. Leaders will leave with the ability to navigate change, understand the behaviors of change, and the tools necessary to lead change.

VIRTUAL - Thursday, January 14, 2027

1 hour - morning - Time TBD

This will be an opportunity to check in and keep the rhythm going after the holidays!

Day 3 - Thursday, March 11, 2027

9 AM - 3 PM

Overview: The third day is focused on implementing the seven principles of continuous improvement. The

tools and processes used will be critical to support finding root causes, implementing the strategic plan, and collaborating with all levels of the school district. Leaders will leave with processes to support the successful implementation of strategies.

Day 4 - Friday, April 2, 2027

9 AM - 3 PM

Overview: The fourth day is focused on implementing the seven principles of continuous improvement. The tools and processes used will be critical to support finding root causes, implementing the strategic plan, and collaborating with all levels of the school district. Leaders will leave with processes to support the successful implementation of strategies.
