NOTE:

• Alternative suppliers for oral antibiotic suspensions added as non-committed contracts to support need over and above committed contract supply & with a contract price
• i.e., for use if the 100% allocation/requests for the committed contract products are not sufficient to meet patient care needs
• All MMC Members (legacy and newly onboard onboarding) are eligible to use these products 
• Stock availability expected in late January
