COVID–19 Resources for Members
We are here to help.
In support of the interim guidance and general recommendations of cleaning and disinfection provided by the CDC, MHEC has several contracts that may support these efforts including:

·          Emergency Response Services for disinfecting and sanitizing
·         Medical Supplies: surgical gloves, masks and hand sanitizer
·         Tent Structures and Temporary Classrooms
·         Moving products
Additional Resources:
Due to the current situation, many sanitizing products have been reported to be 'out of stock' – suppliers are working diligently with manufactures to fill the supply chain and therefore buyers should check back frequently and make purchases as soon as product becomes available.

If you have executed a procurement utilizing an MHEC contract that you need to cancel or postpone due to the current disaster, all contracts are protected my MHEC Force Majeure language, see below:

Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable to the other or be deemed to be in breach of this contract for any failure or delay in rendering performance arising out of causes beyond reasonable control and without fault or negligence. Such causes may include but are not limited to, acts of nature or of a public enemy, fires, floods, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, strikes, freight embargoes or unusually severe weather.
