Three Tips To Improve Your Mental Health This Holiday Season

To address these trends, MMERI is hosting a Conversations on Cannabis virtual forum with mental health professionals who will provide tips for dealing with anxiety, stress and depression during the holiday season as well as the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
