Cook Inlet Regional Citizens Advisory Council has filed its application for recertification by the US Coast Guard (USGC).
This annual process provides oversight and ensures CIRCAC is meeting its federal mandates as defined in the Oil Pollution Act of 1990 (OPA 90).
