As cookies are delivered this week and next, you may find yourself in need of additional cookies – YAY!

This Cookiegram covers how to order additional cookies and how to give the girls credit for those additional packages.

A reminder…if you have a booth coming up do not give your extra cookies to families. Please ask them to wait until you can pick up additional packages.

If you need more cookies, you’ll place what’s called a Planned Order.

Instructions on how to do this are on page 17 of your TCM Handbook. When you place the order, you’ll see what dates and times are available for your troop. Watch a video demo now.

Assigning Additional Cookies to Girls

If you placed an Initial Order by Girl, those packages are assigned automatically to that girl. If you give families additional packages, you’ll need to transfer those cookies to the girl in Smart Cookies.

Planned orders are due by 9:00 pm on Sundays.

Council-led Cupboards in the metro area are open on February 7, so your order is due by 9:00 pm, Sunday, February 2.

If your SU has a volunteer-led cupboard, the hours may be different.
