Troop Cookie Managers and Leaders,
If your troop is placing an initial order (which means you will pick up cookies at your Service Unit’s delivery in late January or February, that order is due by TOMORROW, Friday, January 10 at 11:59 pm.

Please collect orders that were taken “on paper.” Or in other words, the orders girls collected in person vs collected via Digital Cookie. We have this cool worksheet you can send to families to help you. Note: The order in which the PB Sandwich and Caramel DeLite appear on the worksheet vs order screen differ. Just be sure to watch for that and double check the amount of cookies needed in those varieties.
- All Girl Delivery orders received via Digital Cookie have been transferred over to Smart Cookies and can be found your troop’s initial order in Smart Cookies under the Pre Sale Pkgs. They are called Pre Sale because they have already been paid for. Both the girl and your troop have been credited.
- If a parent turns in their Direct Ship orders, ignore them. Once a customer places a Direct Ship order, they also paid for shipping. Their order is credited to the girl and troop and handled by a third party to fulfill.

Helpful Tips:
- Once you place your order you can submit. If it’s before 11:59 pm on Friday, Jan. 10 you can unsubmit and edit.
- When you submit you do not get a confirmation email.

Girls can continue to sell cookies until March 9 both in-person and online. If you need additional order cards, please see your SU PPM or access the card and print more.
Always remember….DON’T PANIC! If you need help, please email cookies@gsksmo.org. Include your troop number! We don’t want you wasting your valuable time. Try it once, maybe twice, then stop and email us!
