Midwest Racer Cooper Clouse and Hawk Chassis On Hand at 3rd Annual Tim's Motorsports Expo Saturday

Ohio City, Ohio - Midwest open-wheel rising star Cooper Clouse is appearing in the Hawk Chassis booth at the 3rd Annual Tim's Motorsports Expo this Saturday March 22nd at the Allen County Fairgrounds in Lima, Ohio.

The show runs from 10am to 10pm and includes an auction and a variety of activities for all ages along with a variety of motorsports vendors.

Clouse, a 15-year-old open-wheel midget racer who is thought by many to have a bright future in the sport, will be representing the "Hawk Chassis" line of cars originally conceived by his mentor Mike Streicher. Cooper and his family are now operating the manufacturing business and are excited about the early shakedown results from Speedweeks action in Florida this spring.

"We look forward to meeting a lot of new people and showing off our new Chassis this weekend at the show," Cooper said.  "We're excited about the opportunity Mike has presented us with and we're going to do whatever it takes to continue on with the innovative work he has done in starting Hawk Chassis and making cars that are safer, stronger and proven winners."

Highlights of the new chassis include everything being manufactured in the USA, Tig Welding for added durability and safety and the winning pedigree that began with the legendary Streicher and continues with Cooper, a young racer with beyond-his-years instincts behind the wheel.

Cooper will be making his racing debut in a "house car" on May the 3rd at Waynesfield Raceway Park in Ohio.

About Cooper Clouse

Cooper Clouse is an energetic, outgoing and personable 15-year-old racer from Ohio City, Ohio who splits time between the family-owned "Hawk Chassis" race car manufacturing business and the family farm during the week and then chases checkered flags on the weekends.

As comfortable playing drums in his school's marching band as he is pushing the pedal on a Semi or helping his father Jeff on a race car, Cooper is making a name for himself very quickly in the highly competitive Midwest open-wheel midget and sprint car ranks.

With three series championships already under his belt including the 2013 USAC Ignite HPD Pavement Midget Series championship (he finished second in the dirt series) Cooper is considered by many racing insiders to be a face of the future in Motorsports.
