Upcoming Structural Changes to CES System Integrations Teams (SIT)

System Integration Teams (SIT) are integral to the function of the Chicago Coordinated Entry System (CES) and offer an important opportunity for providers to communicate. SIT meetings create a space for housing providers, crisis response providers, and system facilitators to review and case conference households referred to housing programs through Coordinated Entry. SIT meetings streamline communication and create a structured collaborative space for housing and service providers.

Effective April 2024, the Coordinated Entry Team at All Chicago will implement structural changes to the System Integration Teams (SIT) meetings. These updates will affect all Housing and Service Providers engaged with the CES. These changes will ensure:

  • All Housing and Service Providers will clearly understand which SIT meeting to attend for each referral.
  • All Coordinated Entry referrals will be conferences during SIT meetings unless there is a confidentiality concern.
  • All households referred to housing through Coordinated Entry will be enrolled and housed as quickly as possible.

Please review the document linked in the button below for information regarding the updated SIT meeting structure. The document includes:

  • Updated SIT meeting names
  • The purpose and attendees of each SIT meeting
  • The SIT meeting schedule.

These changes will go into effect the first week of April 2024. During the week of March 25, the Coordinated Entry team will update the SIT meeting calendar invites. Please remove the canceled meetings from your calendar and accept the new meeting invitations.
