Special Town Hall Meeting to Open Bicentennial Celebration
Copake’s bicentennial celebration will commence with a special town board meeting in the Copake Town Hall at 7:00pm on Thursday, April 4, 2024, which is the 200th anniversary of the first town meeting.
All are welcome. There will be special announcements by local officials and government
representatives, as well as remarks by members of the town board. Refreshments,
including a birthday cake for Copake, will be served, and bicentennial T-shirts will be
available for sale. Brochures with the full bicentennial schedule of events through the
summer will also be available.
