Coping with Grief During the Holidays

For some, the holidays are fun and exciting. For others, they can be painful. The holidays may be a reminder of loved ones we have lost, relationships that are hurting, or other struggles in life. This can lead to feelings of grief, stress, or loneliness.
So, how do we deal with grief during the holiday season when it seems that everyone else is celebrating? I would like to offer three suggestions to help...

Jingle Jog & Nutcracker Brunch Benefiting The Summit

Join us for our 2nd annual Jingle Jog and newly added Nutcracker Brunch! Starting and stopping at the Hotel at Avalon, the Jingle Jog will feature holiday-themed fitness stations, face painting, kids' obstacles, and special appearances from our favorite holiday characters. Afterward, the Nutcracker Brunch will be held at the Hotel at Avalon at 10:00 AM, where participants can enjoy a brunch buffet, a mini Nutcracker performance by the Atlanta Dance Theatre, and interactive holiday activities!
Tickets can be sold separately or purchased to attend both the Jingle Jog and Nutcracker Brunch.
