Paycheck Protection Program Reopens This Week For First & Second Draw Applicants
The Paycheck Protection Program will reopen on Jan. 11, offering forgivable loans to small businesses and allowing certain cash-strapped firms to borrow a second time, according to the U.S. Small Business Administration.

Congress authorized up to $284 billion toward the small business loan program as part of the sweeping Covid relief act that went into effect near the end of 2020.
Longtime City Leaders Announce They Won't Seek Reelection
Coppell Mayor Karen Hunt and Coppell City Councilmember Gary Roden have announced that they will not seek reelection in the May 2021 municipal election.

Hear From The Mayor Of Coppell On Jan. 21
Coppell Mayor Karen Hunt will present the annual “State of the City” address, sponsored by the City of Coppell, at 11:30 am on Thursday, Jan. 21. Mayor Hunt will review the 2021 vision for the City and take questions from the audience.
