We suggest our clients upgrade to v8.02 quickly for three reasons:

1. Versions prior to 8 will no longer be supported.

2. Version 8.02 has a link to a third party vendor for capital changes and cost basis calculations.

3. It restores the "set form" so the program appears in the same place on the screen every time.

Here are the programs that come bundled with the new version:

1. "ESTATE & GIFT TAX" for estate, gift, and trust tax pricing & accruals.

2. "EZPRICE" for historical securities pricing without accruals for one valuation date.

Here are some NEW features everyone will be receiving.
1. Accruals for mutual funds that declare dividends daily and pay later are now available.
2. The choice of entering the par value for foreign bonds in native or US currency.
3. Enhanced report print preview - it now defaults to full screen.
4. Ability to receive notices directly from us through APPRAISE.
5. An "updates are available" button will flash when future versions are available.
6. Improved import/export capabilities including a new Universal Import.

2. SaaS installations only require one time information technology certification. Once approved, new versions do not need to go through the certification process again.

3. Although we host the application, all of the data is stored by you to eliminate risk.

4. SaaS is scalable & portable. It is very easy to add, remove, & relocate users.

5. A new Ticker Symbol grid ensures the Ticker you price represents the CUSIP you need.

6. You will have access to these future products which will ONLY be released on the SaaS platform.
