As we're bringing in the new year, It is important as always that we have our pets safety in mind. 

Please be aware that the sound of fireworks and thunder can be harmful for your pet. A pet's ears are more sensitive than ours. Explosive noises may damage your pet's hearing, or the pet may be injured by a falling firecracker if precautions are not taken. Remember, pets and fireworks or thunder storms don't mix.

Don't get us wrong. We're not saying that you shouldn't enjoy bringing in the new year with fireworks or that you should cancel your plans if there is a thunder storm. This is just a reminder to be cautious when your using fireworks or if there is a thunder storm when it comes to  your pets.
