Much of the discussion will be around implementation of the
Executive Order 130
that provided waivers around some NC DSS rules and licensing requirements. NC DSS will also be releasing the new Responsible Individual List (RIL) number this week.

Today, the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) released additional flexibility around criminal background checks and face-to-face caseworker contacts that they will discuss in the webinars.
Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns!  We are wishing each of you a safe, healthy and as great a week is possible given the circumstances.  Thanks so much for all that you get up and do each and every day for the children, adults and families of North Carolina!
