Clubhouse Indoor Pool Remodel Update – On Schedule and Looking Great!

We’re excited to share that the indoor pool and hot tub remodel is progressing right on schedule!

So far, the old plaster has been completely chipped out, and the tile has been beautifully restored to near-original condition using a special media blasting process—it’s looking like new again!

Currently, the indoor pool room is undergoing a full repaint, and the transformation is already noticeable. The space feels much brighter and more refreshed.

We’ll continue to keep you updated as the project moves forward. We can’t wait for you to enjoy the upgraded facilities soon!

Community Beautification Update: Vegetation Replenishment & Rock Refresh Projects Underway

We’re pleased to announce that vegetation replenishment and rock refresh efforts are actively underway throughout the Coral Canyon community!

You may have already noticed new plants, trees, and rock being added to various common areas. Over the years, some vegetation naturally declined without replacement. To address this, the HOA Board has approved a phased plan to replenish missing vegetation and restore the natural beauty of our shared spaces.

In addition to the new plantings, a rock refresh is also in progress—helping to clean up and revitalize the look of the landscape throughout the community.

These efforts are part of a long-term plan that includes vegetation replenishment, irrigation replacement, Xeriscaping improvements, and rock enhancements. Together, these enhancements will help beautify and sustain our community for years to come.

Thank you for your continued support and patience as we work to keep Coral Canyon looking its best!

Building update on the New Greek Orthodox Church
