Thinking About Changing Your Home's Exterior? Read This Reminder First!


Before making any changes to the exterior of your home, you must submit a request to the Design Review Committee (DRC) for approval. This applies to any exterior alterations and includes, but is not limited to, repainting, landscaping redesigns, solar installations, and structural modifications.


The purpose is to preserve Coral Canyon’s cohesive aesthetic and maintain property values.



The only exceptions are routine maintenance projects, like replacing plants with the same type, replenishing existing the rock mulch or repainting in the exact original color.

E-Bike Club Closed for the Season

As Coral Canyon's E-Bike Club Adventures Comes to a Close for the Season,we want to extend our sincere thanks to all who joined us on the trails and made this year’s rides such a memorable experience.



We look forward to new adventures together when the E-Bike Club returns in Spring 2026!

Changes to Clubhouse Pickle Ball and Tennis Times

As part of recent discussions and decisions by the Board, the Coral Canyon Tennis “Club” will be officially dissolved. In its place, a revised and more structured schedule has been adopted to balance the use of our shared tennis and pickleball courts.


The following schedule will apply:


Tennis-Only Play:


  • The tennis courts will be reserved exclusively for tennis play on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Courts will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • If not in use by tennis players during this timeframe, pickleball players may use the courts. However, pickleball players must vacate the TENNIS courts if tennis players arrive to play.


Pickleball-Only Play:


  • Courts will be designated for pickleball use only on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.


Open Play / Shared Use:



  • During all other times, the courts will be open to all players on a shared-use basis, with a 1.5-hour time limit per group, consistent with the community’s amenities policy.


This update is designed to ensure fair access and enjoyment for both tennis and pickleball players while maintaining an organized and respectful environment. Thank you for your cooperation in observing the new schedule.
