A Message From Your Friends at Core Title
We are living in a new world. The last few weeks have turned our lives upside down. We need to focus on what is important and that is taking care of our loved ones in this rapidly changing world. We at Core Title consider our clients and colleagues to be our family. We want you to know that we are thinking of all of you and hope that you, your family, your friends and coworkers are safe and healthy.
We will continue to provide the services that we always have. Our clients have been setting closings and, as always, we are prepared to close them. Of course, for the time being closings may not take the form of a traditional closing depending on the parties individual needs. We are doing everything we can to help make the closings as seamless as possible while keeping all parties safe under these difficult circumstances we find ourselves in together.
We have been working with all of our underwriters and vendors to continue our service to you and help make your transition to this unprecedented way of doing business easier. We have put an emphasis on new technology since the day we opened and this has made the transition much easier for us and as a result, easier for you.
- If you need to order title - we will do everything in our power to get you a full report. Please understand that there are closures and delayed openings happening in all government offices and this might affect the turnaround time frame.
- If you would like to schedule a closing - please let us know the details. We have well thought out methods that have been approved by our underwriters to get your deal closed and keep you and your clients safe at the same time.
- If you need to speak to someone from our office - please send us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or call the office (516-200-9626). We are all working from home and are always available to discuss your files.
- If you just want to speak to someone and get a friendly hello - we would love to hear from you.
Please be smart and be safe during this trying time. We look forward to hearing from you.
