Dear Colleagues,

Welcome to our new monthly Newsletter! Going forward we will issue this once each month with separate invitations for upcoming events in between.

Our enthusiastic Chapter Board continue to implement the Chapter activities we agreed earlier this year as part of our strategic plan. One of these goals will shortly be upon us - the Corporate Real Estate Innovation Forum. As you know we had to postpone this event due to COVID-19 but the team has been working diligently to put in place a new program that reflects the most current industry issues along with some great keynotes and we are looking forward to our first LIVE in-person event since early 2020. If you haven't already signed up to join us on Thursday 2 September, don't delay as due to government restrictions, spaces will be limited!

I hope you enjoy the Summer - its already very hot! I know for many of us, travel continues to be limited but I hope that you get to take some time off with your families and rest and relax.

Former Chairman and long serving board member Sean Heckford has decided to accept a non-executive advisory position on the Middle East Chapter Board at the request of the current Chair. Having recently started his own business Impact Workplace Services, he felt it an appropriate time to allow younger blood to take up the reigns in running the Chapter whilst he focusses on his new venture.
