As the calendar turns to October, let's take a look at some of the headlines Corner Lot Development made in September:
CLDG secured funding for Avion, a new Northwest Jacksonville multifamily community that will provide workforce housing near numerous employment centers and transportation corridors.
Avion will be located at 12525 Tibbets Lane, across from the Amazon Fulfillment Center and features 320 units with 30% of those units designated as workforce housing. Those units’ rental rates will remain the same for four years and will only be subject to a 2% increase annually each year thereafter.
“The timing of us closing Avion could not be better for the community. This is the right project, in the right location, at the right time for Jacksonville,” said Andy Allen, Corner Lot CEO. “We worked closely with the City Council to bring Avion forward, and we can’t thank them enough for having the vision to help make it happen for Jacksonville.”
