Coronado Golf Club

There were 36 of us who came out to play on a nice day – ok, a great Chamber of Commerce day for San Diego.

Our Game of the Day was a Foursome Team game: The Partner Relay. The Net Better Ball of Players 1 and 3 was used for all odd holes and the Net Better Ball of Players 2 and 4 was used for all even holes in the foursome. No holes are thrown out.

1st Place winners received a $20 Golf Mart Gift Card; 2nd Place Winners received a $10 Golf Mart Gift Card. CTTP winners received a $10 Golf Mart Gift Card.

1st place - Taylor Coleman, Beth Davidson, Kim Greco and Jojo Hou with a -12, net 60

2nd place - Dina Mauger, Stacey Hayashi, Paula Smith and Stacey Musso with a -11, net 61

Players Cup Update

Below are the standings for both Gross and Net Players Cup through 10 and 16 events, respectively. There is still lots of golf to be had, with two events coming up that will award 1 1/2 x's the points: the first day of the Partner Eclectic and the Member Guest Event at Dos Osos.

Gross PC

The top four remain the same, with LeeAnn Taylor, Cindy Mason, Deb Finlon, and Jax Jacquez each having good showings at either Coronado or Golf Club of CA. Big move, though, from Jojo Hou for having good showings at BOTH events as she moves into 5th from outside the Top 12. Nancy Mason does the same thing as Jojo and gets into 12th place.

Net PC

The top three stay the same as Rachel Hunter and Cindy Mason both scored some points at Golf Club of CA (Rachel garnering 1st place), and move closer to Jax Jacquez, who maintains the lead.

But Jojo Hou's great showings at both events also move her up into 4th place from outside the top 12. Nancy Mason also moves up into 10th place, coming from outside the top 12 by earning points at both events.

Dina Mauger moves up to 6th place from 9th place with some points earned at Coronado.

There's still more time to earn some points!
