FAQs Re: Organization Updates Sent Last Week

Following the organization's staffing changes as a result of COVID-19, l ast Friday an email was sent to all employees from Louis Gutierrez, Vice President of Human Resources, providing employee FAQs addressing these concerns. We continue to recognize that this may be a difficult time for many, and we are committed to supporting both departing and remaining employees through this transitional period.

Please refer to and share the FAQs and additional resources listed below. If you or your team members should have any questions, please contact your respective manager, your HR Business Partner, the Benefits team, or the Life Assistance Program (LAP). As new questions or concerns arise, HR will provide additional information and updates as quickly and thoroughly as possible.
 



Safety Information Reminder

As a reminder, it is important to make sure all of our employees and staff are following the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) safety guidelines and preventive measures: 

  • Maintaining physical distance from other individuals
  • Performing hand hygiene frequently
  • Avoiding touching your eyes, nose, and mouth
  • Practicing respiratory hygiene by coughing or sneezing into a bent elbow or tissue and then immediately disposing of the tissue
  • Wearing a medical mask if you have respiratory symptoms and performing hand hygiene after disposing of the mask
  • Routine cleaning and disinfection of environmental and other frequently touched surfaces
