An epidemic, a pandemic, what?? According to
cremodels.com, an epidemic was the last item on the list of potential risks. Every year CREModels puts together a list of potential risks and opportunities for the year
ahead. As you can see from the featured chart, while an epidemic was not off the table, it was clearly the last thing on the minds of those that took the
survey.
