Bridge Loan Process and SBA Webinar TODAY 

The Florida Small Business Emergency Bridge Loan Program is currently available to small business owners located in ALL Florida counties statewide that experienced economic damage as a result of COVID-19

Loans made under this program are short-term debt loans made by the state of Florida using public funds – they are not grants. Florida Small Business Emergency Bridge Loans require repayment by the approved applicant from longer-term financial resources.

Applications will be accepted under this program through May 8, 2020, contingent on availability of funds.

Qualified small business applicants must be a business with 2 to 100 employees.
Interest-free for the loan term (1 year)
The Interest rate will be 12% per annum on the unpaid balance thereafter, until the loan balance is repaid in full. Loan default is subject to a normal commercial collection process.

The Small Business Administration (SBA) South Florida District Office will host a series of Small Business Recovery webinars to provide the latest information on how the SBA is helping small businesses with their economic recovery.

This webinar will go through the Economic Injury Disaster Loan application step-by-step; offer tips and insight into completing an application and what you can expect after applying.

Today's " How to Apply for an SBA Economic Injury Disaster Loan" webinar will take place from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Please register ahead of time. Additional webinars will be offered throughout the week during the time periods of 9 a.m - 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
