We are monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation closely and are working to ensure we meet the needs of our clients while providing for the health and safety of our employees. We continue to monitor the situation and will act in accordance with the World Health Organization, Centers for Disease Control, and State of Ohio guidelines to update our approach and planning.

We have created a continuity plan to ensure your business is properly supported during this difficult time.

  • Starting today, Monday, March 16, 2020, we will be moving employees to work from home with full access to the tools and resources they will need to service your business.

  • We will continue to work closely with our carriers to ensure we have the most up to date information and guidelines to share with you regarding your health plan.

We have been preparing for this eventuality, and our expectation is to have minimal issues in supporting you, our clients. Our support and business operations should be able to proceed close to normal, and we will continue to invest in capabilities and equipment that will make our service even better moving forward.

Thank you for your continued business and for your understanding while we take these steps to keep us all healthy. Please continue to use your normal channels of communication with us for any questions or concerns you may have.

Thank You!
