Coronavirus (COVID-19) Response Update From Bags of Love
March 14, 2020
To all of our wonderful volunteers, donors and supporters,

Effective Monday March 16th, the Bags of Love office & warehouse will be temporarily closing to the public.  Although Lane County does not yet have any confirmed cases of Coronavirus, we feel that a proactive approach is important as we strive to keep our staff and volunteers safe and healthy.

This continues to be a fluid situation, but effective 3/16/20:
We will not be accepting product donations at our warehouse located at 1052 Green Acres Road.  If you have a donation, please hold onto the items and we will gladly accept them when we are back to normal operations.
Drop-in visits and facility tours will be curtailed until further notice.
All group volunteer days (or evenings) will be postponed.  Businesses and service groups that were already scheduled have been notified and no new groups will be scheduled at this time..

For now, office operations and bag production will continue on a limited basis.  Our community will still have children in crisis and Bags of Love will continue to help as long as reasonably possible.

We appreciate your continued support and understanding as Bags of Love works to support children in need while also protecting the health and safety of our dedicated staff and volunteers.

Please feel free to contact the office with any questions.
