Cleaning and Disinfected Tips

There is a lot you can do to keep your home clean and to stay healthy. Clean high traffic areas daily can help prevent the infections from spreading.

Clean High Traffic Areas:

Door knobs
Light Switches
TV Remote
Refrigerator/Microwave Handles
Counter/Table Tops
Faucet, Draw and Toilet Handles

Other Areas to Consider:

Use body wash when showering and use a pump dispenser to wash your hands. (Soap bar can leave germs when shared)
Do not share towels, if you do use a towel put it in washing machine to be washed.
Use paper towels to dry hands and throw into trash

Another Tip:

When you return home, remove your shoes, hang up your jacket and wash your hands for 20 seconds or more with liquid soap and warm water.

All Natural Hand Sanitizer Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 Cup All natural Aloe Vera Gel

1/4 Cup Witch Hazel

10–20 drops of your favorite Essential Oils

Pour all of the ingredients into your blender to blend all ingredients well. Once the mixture is well blended, pour into a squeeze bottle. Store in a cool location out of direct sunligh t.
