Small Lenders and Community Banks
Congress has set aside $60 billion in the second round of funding of the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) to be administered by small lenders and community banks—exact details have yet to be released.

The MA office of housing and economic development has published  this list  of institutions that provided loans to Massachusetts companies in the first round of the Paycheck Protection Program. The list also includes all entities that appeared on the  SBA’s approved lenders list , which was last updated on April 13, 2020. Lenders on this list are categorized by asset level, so businesses can easily identify which institutions will be eligible for the $60 billion carveout.

Did your bank refuse to accept your application?
If there are any merchants that were not able to obtain the PPP on the last round where the banks wouldn’t take their applications, MRA Board Member Karen Coleman of ARF Financial is passing that their affiliate LeaseQ powered by Time Payment can help.
The lender is processing TimePayment referred applications on a first-come, first-serve basis rather than prioritizing by loan size. To begin an application through TimePayment click here: https://timepayment.com/paycheck-protection-program/
