Training
To support restaurant workers on the front line, ServSafe is making its standard, ANSI accredited, online ServSafe Food Handler training program available free of charge through May 31, 2020. The free online course must be added to your Servesafe account by May 31st at 11:59 PDT. You will have one year to from the date the course was added to use it. Once started, you have 60 days to complete the online course and assessment.
It is recommended that wherever possible that all employees and management take this free online education and continue with consistent food handling procedures.
