What this bill would do:
This bill would allow Local Licensing Authorities (LLA), to issue an amended Alcohol Pouring License to establishments that apply for an “alteration of premises” amendment to their license without the involvement, investigation and inspection of ABCC. Simply, it authorizes the City or Town to issue the license on their timeline without having to wait for State approval.
