To our yoga community:

The health and safety of our teachers and students is a priority, so we are closely monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation. Our goal is to continue to provide a space in which we can all practice and stay healthy together. At this time, all scheduled classes and events are still on. Please consider the CDC recommendations and these studio requests:

  • If you are sick, please stay home to rest and recover.
  • Please try to bring your own yoga mat. If you must borrow a mat, please use a towel and disinfectant spray to wipe down the mat at the end of class.
  • You are encouraged to bring your own yoga props. If you use the community props, please clean them at the end of class. We have stocked the studio with disinfectant spray and wipes and will monitor the inventory of these supplies and our towels.

We thank you for helping us to keep the studio clean and safe for all.

This Yoga Alliance-approved Teacher Training is for both aspiring teachers (Teacher Track) and serious students of yoga (Self Enrichment Track). Based on Lynn’s background of Jivamukti Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Viniyoga, and Iyengar Yoga, this program includes: proper pacing, Sanskrit pronunciation, synchronization of breath and movement, yogic philosophy, anatomy, verbal & hands-on adjustments, pranayama, mantra, and yin & restorative yoga.
