Coronavirus Preparedness
We understand that there is a lot of uncertainty and growing concern regarding the Coronavirus and it's spread throughout our community. The situation is changing daily as more information comes to light and communities, businesses, and organizations make decisions to try to slow the spread.  We understand that the Coronavirus will disrupt many or all of our lives in some fashion. We will continue to respond to your requests and adjust as we go. We wanted to share some information on our current approach with respect to our different services.

Our focus will continue to be on the safety and well-being of our employees, the pets in our care, and meeting our customers’ needs. As a pet care service provider, much of our team has more direct contact with animals than people on a daily basis.  We do have in-person interactions during drop-off and pick-up at dog daycare, at dog training classes, and to a lesser extent when our dog walkers and pet sitters meet with customers at their homes.

Through all our interactions we want you to know that we are taking measures to keep surfaces sanitized and asking employees to take precautions as follows:

  • We are actively encouraging sick employees to stay home.  We will follow normal practices to continue to care for your pets.
  • We are asking employees to not shake hands with customers and use hand sanitizer before entering your home.
  • We are cleaning high touch areas in our lobbies and common work areas (e.g. door knobs, work surfaces, phones) at least three times a day with EPA Covid-19 approved cleaners.  We are cleaning the dog daycare lobby bins after the dogs are picked up each day.
  • We have hand sanitizer stations in the lobby should you visit our facility.

At this time our business is in full operation. We will follow steps similar to our Inclement Weather policy and leverage our customer email distribution list and social media if there are any anticipated disruptions in the future.  Please notify us of any changes to your reservations. We know the current environment is unpredictable and we will work with you on any Coronavirus schedule impacts.

Please let us know if you are experiencing flu-like symptoms and will be home to care for your pets.  We do not want to send a member of our team to your home if there is a known risk. If necessary, we will work with you to find alternate care solutions.

Dog training classes, puppy and tween socials will go on as scheduled at this time. Our class sizes are small enough with enough space to keep the CDC recommended 6 feet between students.

Thank you for trusting us to care for your pets.
