I wanted to reach out to all of you and let you know that I am thinking of everyone in this very difficult time. Like all of you, I don’t know whether I am “coming or going.” There has been so much conflicting information it is hard to decide what to do. I know this is stressful to many of you on how to best to service your clients.
For those of us with offices outside the home we have been scrambling to get our staff set up remotely in order to remain operational. If you are like me, I have been fielding phone call after phone call with questions that I have not been able to answer. Many of us will be required to stay home and self-quarantine.
In light of the situation, I wanted to remind everyone of the fantastic benefit we receive through NAEA. Last year, NAEA sent out an e-blast to all members informing them of the new benefit they were now offering
. For those of you who have not set this up yet, it is a very simple “secure” email system. You can download all your client contacts and safely send and receive secure documents.
I must tell you that I have, for several years, used a much more expensive portal system but have moved to this platform because of its ease of use.
and simply register with your NAEA email address.
That’s it, it’s that simple. You now have a secure means to continue to work with your clients and keep their data safe.
