Dear Neighbors,
A lot has happened in a short space of time. My office has gone from planning a Women’s History month celebration, a Census Day kickoff and community meetings to the realization that we are on the verge of a Corona virus health crisis like we have never seen before. A crisis we must prepare for and protect ourselves, family, and our neighbors.
Like you, I am learning each day from healthcare professionals on how to live with this virus in our midst. I am taking recommendations from the Center for Disease Control and I urge you to follow as well.
As the city continues to follow CDC guidelines and postpone events and services, please know that my staff and I are readily available to receive your calls. If we can provide you additional information on city services, please call 954-602-3131 or 954-602-3143.

In closing, we are in uncharted waters. Let’s act upon the best available information, remain faithful and optimistic that we will overcome this virus.
I pray God’s grace and blessing upon the City of Miramar, the United States of America and all of mankind.
