On March 18
th
, 2020, the
Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA)
, was signed by President Trump. This bill is anticipated to go into effect within 15 days from its enactment and will expire on December 31, 2020.
The act requires employers to provide two new kinds of leave,
Paid Sick Leave
and
Paid Family Leave
.
