Dear Storm King Parents and Guardians,
Thank you for the responses and questions I’ve received following my recent letter about the Coronavirus and its impact on international travel for the upcoming Spring Break holiday. I am pleased to report that many families have already secured alternative travel and lodging for their children in the United States.

This week, the school administration has continued to discuss alternative travel arrangements with our Chinese students both individually and as a group. We will continue to support all families who need help in this process in the coming days until each student has satisfactory accommodations confirmed.

In the spirit of our close-knit community, I encourage families residing in the United States who would like to host a student in their home for the holiday to reach out to myself or the Dean’s Office at this time. If your child has a specific friend they would like to invite, please provide the name of the student along with your correspondence.

Thank you once again for your continued support and cooperation as the School works toward a satisfactory solution for each student while keeping the mind the health and well-being of the Storm King community. I will continue to update you in the coming days as the situation evolves.
