Good afternoon Gilpin Hall Family,
I am happy to inform you that we are now able to re-open outdoor visitation. This visitation will occur in our garden area, weather and resident condition permitting. Residents will be seated behind plexiglass protection and be properly distanced, and visitors will be located outside of the garden fence. Please note that the following infection prevention practices are mandatory if visitation is to occur:
(1) Visitor(s) must wear a face covering or mask that fully covers their mouth and nose. We ask that visitors provide their own mask.
(2) Social distancing of at least six feet must be maintained.
(3) Staff will wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
(4) Proper cleaning and disinfecting will occur in the visitation area after each visit.
In order to allow for equitable access to visitation, visits may be scheduled only once per week for a maximum of 30 minutes per visit. There will also be a limit of two persons per visit.
Your cooperation and understanding is greatly appreciated as we strive to protect not only our residents and staff, but you, our visitors as well. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
with any questions or to schedule your visit.
As a reminder, indoor visitation is not yet permitted as we remain in an "outbreak" status. Preparation is being made to begin indoor visitation as soon as we are permitted to do so.
