FUTURE OF COACHING

The central theme from thought leaders at conferences in 2020 is that the landscape of coaching is changing.  Coaching is becoming more about developing “thinking partnerships” with our clients than guiding specific behaviors.  Coaching is also evolving as it combines a focus on deepening relationships with emergent conversations that interweave processes, models, and techniques.  Join us in 2021 as we engage further in conversations about the future of coaching.

MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT

Due to the pandemic, many conferences in 2020 were moved online.  While it did not seem to be good news at first, it actually created an opportunity for attendees, including many of our faculty, to experience international speakers personally on a variety of topics.  Global IOC believes deeply that there is a need to link empirical research to coach development and practice wisdom. This belief is integrated into all of learning options from blogs to webinars to coach development programs.  We look forward to being together with you in our offerings in 2021.
