Monday, Oct 9th - arrival of attendees

• Convention Check-In will be open until 7pm, therefore we ask that you arrive prior to 7pm.

Tuesday, Oct 10th & Wednesday, Oct 11th

• Convention meetings

Thursday, Oct 12th check out

• There are options to extend your stay at the hotel for the night of the 12th, 13th and 14th (check out 15th). NOTE: This is based on availability, and we need this info in advance.
