Cougar Connection
The mission of Corpus Christi Catholic School is to nurture every child by providing the opportunities to grow in faith, achieve academic success, and serve others as disciples of Jesus
July 1, 2020
Dear Families,

We hope all our families are safe and well and that everyone is having a wonderful summer thus far. I wish everyone a happy 4th of July!

I would like to update you on our plans for the upcoming school year. Currently, our plan is to open our doors to students on August 12. There will be protocols in place to ensure the health and safety of our entire school community.

The Department of Catholic Education requested that each school create a task force to assist with the reopening. Our task force is in the process of finalizing our specific reopening plan, taking into consideration recommendations from the CDC, guidelines from the AAP, and direction from the Department of Catholic Education. Our hope is to share site-specific plans with you by mid-July.

Again, our goal is to have our students return to campus on August 12, with the safety and well-being of our school community as our number one priority.
Academic and Assessment Fees
As a reminder, academic fees are due in July. They will be withdrawn on the 5th or the 20th. We also have a new schedule for assessment fees this year, July and December. The first assessment fee is due July 10 in the amount of $150.
CYO Sports Registration
The deadline to register for fall sports without a late fee is TODAY, July 1. Fall sports include football, soccer, volleyball (5th grade & up), and cheer.

Click below to begin the registration process (go to login to set-up your account.)

The CCS Booster club recently elected new board members. Their names and contact information is on the school's website and is available HERE.
Consumable Books
Our two official book vendors are M & M Books and More and Campus Bookstore. Each vendor carries the required consumable books and has an upcoming deadline to purchase the books as a bundle. Please see the flyers and links below for more information or to place an order.
Overdue Library Books
There are a number of students who have not returned library books that were checked out before school ended. Mrs. Mansfield is asking families to return the books as soon as possible so that the library's book collection is complete when school begins.

A book return bin is in the preschool office. Books can be dropped off anytime between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday - Friday. The preschool is closed on Friday, July 3rd, and will be closed from July 24 - August 11th.
Book and Supply lists
Our summer information packet that includes the book and supply lists can be found below.

Required Summer Reading
Instructions for summer reading projects can be found on the school's website at the link below.
