Accelerating Anti-Racism Work in Medical Education Charter
In response to calls from the first-year class to address and change the way racial equity is taught and incorporated into our medical education curriculum, the School of Medicine has developed a new Accelerating Anti-Racism Work in Medical Education Charter. Acknowledging and incorporating feedback from the first-year class and previous first-year classes, the Charter outlines the issues raised by our students and our collective goals to make UCSF the anti-racist institution we strive to be. This charter is a work in progress, and educators, students, and staff are encouraged to review the document and send comments to bridges@ucsf.edu.
