SI Chico and SI Bidwell Rancho would like to help our members displaced by the Camp Fire find safe and welcoming places to stay while they rebuild their lives. Do you have an extra space to share? Your extra space can turn into a meaningful experience, not just for someone in need, but also for our community, family and self.
We have been presented with a challenge like no other with the catastrophic Camp Fire. Our membership is rising to the occasion in full force and I feel so proud to be at the helm. Please continue to work and aid as you are able. If you are a Facebook user, continue to read and check there for opportunities to assist. Join the SICBR joint Facebook page to be part of our combined efforts with our sister club Bidwell Rancho. We will rally around our members who have suffered unimaginable loss and lift them up with caring and love. Keep the communication lines open. Thank-you everyone. #SoroptimistStrong

Dear Soroptimist International of Chico Members,
Thank you so much for participating in the Chico Walk to End Alzheimer's. There isn't a big enough thank you for all of your support.
With this year being one of our biggest Walks to date, your help with registration was crucial and your fundraising made a huge impact. We value your time and energy in volunteering at the event and raising over $10,000! What an amazing accomplishment! Your fundraising efforts help us make a difference in the lives of those touched by Alzheimer's disease in our community.
A special thank you goes out to Bonnie Chapman for having the vision of connecting with us and the passion to make it happen! It has been such a pleasure to work with Bonnie and all of you. Thank you for your presence at the Walk and helping in the fight against Alzheimer's disease.
