Greetings, please note:

Effective March 20, 2024, the requirements and conditions for the Real Property Condition Disclosure Statement (PCDS) are changing.

Here is what you need to know:

• A New PCDS Form is Required: A revised PCDS form will be mandatory starting March 20, 2024. The form is attached here.
• Important Note for Sellers: The option to skip the PCDS for a $500 credit is no longer available under the revised law.
