Christmas Mailing
To our Parishioners
This Christmas Season we had a Christmas Letter and the Teacher Bonus Letter printed with pictures of our Church and School. We hoped to make our message personal and from the heart. Unfortunately, our mailing never got to the intended recipients until New Year’s Eve.
Thank you to all who gave to these annual collections. The Christmas Collection is the most important collection we have all year. We depend on those funds for our ordinary operations, not funded sufficiently from our weekly offering.
If you have already made your Christmas gift, please know how grateful we are for your support. If you have not yet made a gift to St. Cajetan Parish, please do what you can to help support your Church and keep St. Cajetan your Place to call Home.
Wishing all a Happy and Blessed New Year!

Keeping Teen Relationships
Healthy and Safe
Parents, guardians, and grandparents, of junior high and high school teenagers, as well as school personnel and interested adults are encouraged to attend a presentation on Teen Dating Violence at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 6. The program will be offered by the staff of A New Direction and is sponsored by the Domestic Violence Awareness Committees of Christ the King, St. John Fisher, St. Cajetan, St. Christina and St. Barnabas. It will be at Christ the King Church. 9345 S Hamilton Avenue. Ericka Swanson and Rita Ryan of A New Direction will define abuse, show patterns of abuse in relation to Teen Dating Violence, and will introduce scenarios and helpful resources. Learning about healthy relationships at this age can go a long way towards stopping the cycle of Domestic Violence and can set youth on a better path for future relationships.
Please contact Donna Dalton at donnadalton1951@gmail.com, Linda Villalobos at lvilla46@yahoo.com or Nancy North at nancy.north@comcast.net for more information on the Teen Dating Violence presentation.

Prayer For Peace and Unity in the Country
Builder of All Things, my country seems to fall apart more and more each day. Neighbor has turned against neighbor, and we’ve focused more on our differences than the fact that we are all uniquely made in the image of You. Please help to unify us and see that we need to love each other rather than cling to our differences. Amen.

Major Improvement Fund
Our sincere thanks to the parishioners who have already responded to the St Cajetan Parish Major Improvement Appeal. We are very grateful for your support. If you have not yet sent your gift, please know how important this appeal is to the Parish. Our vendors and service providers continue to raise their prices to cover the increased costs of operation. Appeals such as this are one way for us to increase funding of our Parish operation.
Thank you.
