4th Annual Dorchester Bike & Brew next Saturday!
Our 4th annual Dorchester Bike & Brew is returning to Peabody Square next Saturday, September 21st, 5-9pm! Come out for live music, food trucks, local beer and a family-friendly celebration of our growing cycling community in Dorchester.

This year Greater Ashmont Main Street is pleased to co-present this event in partnership with the City of Boston ( Mayor Martin J Walsh), MassBike, Dorchester Brewing Co, and the Dorchester Reporter.
The event is held on Peabody Square West Plaza, and a small portion of Talbot Ave (between Dorchester Ave and Welles Ave) which is closed to vehicular traffic for the duration of the festival. It is free to attend, with food and beverages available for individual purchase.

Volunteers still needed for any number of shifts at set up and during the event itself. For more info on lending a hand to help with with this placemaking, simply email your interest to Jenn Cartee .
Food Trucks

Beer Garden & Water Fountain
Dorchester Brewing Company  will be hosting a beer garden with their very own brews, as well as hard cider from Downeast Cider House and wine from American Provisions . A portion of the proceeds from each sale help subsidize the event as a whole.

The Boston Water and Sewer Commission #H2Go Water Truck will also be on site and we will provide free reusable Greater Ashmont Main Street water bottles for everyone!
Bike Advocacy Groups
Ride down to Ashmont and a bike valet will assist you in storing your bike in Mass Bike's portable and protected bike rack throughout the entire event. They will also host a bike rodeo for youth and adults alike!

Meet other bike enthusiasts and community members in the several bike advocacy and social groups that will be tabling during the event, as well as other active transportation and green living organizations. Find out about what they do, important information about bike safety, and find out how you can get involved!
