2026 4% Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program Final Application Materials Now Available

The application period for the 4% LIHTC program has opened and will go through Friday October 30, 2026.

All materials for the 2026 4% LIHTC round have been posted on OHFA's website, including Experience and Capacity documents.
