Illinois Housing Development Authority's 2024-2025 Qualified Allocation Plan Published
The Illinois Housing Development Authority (IHDA) is pleased to announce that the approved 2024-2025 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) has been published to our Developer Resource Center. Note, the Developer Resource Center and supporting QAP documents have been reorganized to better align with Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) application processes. Please review the new structure and familiarize your team with the locations for both historic and new documents.
