Dear Gator Moms,

Happy New Year! I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season.

Our first meeting back is on Monday, January 5th, at 6:30 p.m. in the Post Room (second floor of Founders Hall). The Rosary will take place at 6:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Our Lady. We will have a panel of recent Xavier graduates on hand to answer questions and give us moms insight into the college experience. It's one of my favorite meetings, so I hope you will all join us!

Also, please save the date for “Take A Bow” this year’s Senior Send-off Fashion Show on Friday, March 6th, at The Arizona Biltmore Resort. This event is so much fun, and our Fashion Show Chairs will give a preview at the next meeting!

It is officially table sale season for the 2026 Senior Fashion Show, “Take a Bow.” January marks one of the most important moments in our timeline. Seating traditionally sells out quickly, and we want families to have the information they need to plan ahead.

Senior Advance Table Access

• Open Friday, January 9th, at 6:00 a.m. and runs through Tuesday, January 13th

• Exclusive access for seniors families ONLY to purchase discounted Runway Tables for 24 hours

• Discount window runs from Friday, January 9, at 6:00 a.m. through Saturday, January 10th, at 6:00 a.m. (subject to availability)

Sponsor Early Access

• Opens Monday, January 12 at 6 AM

• Available to all $5,000 and $10,000 sponsorship levels donors only

Public Reservations

• Open Wednesday, January 14 at 6 AM

• Remaining tables and seats available to the full Xavier community (subject to availability)

The proceeds from the Fashion Show directly support the Xavier Scholarship Fund, which serves nearly half of our students.
